Order Acceptance Policy  by 
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Vapour Solutions reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.  You must be of legal age in your province or state to purchase products from our website. (18+).

Out-of-Stock Products  by 
When our waitlist is active, if you wish, you can sign up on the waitlist and will be notified when items are back in stock. We will ship your product as it becomes available.  We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Payment Methods  by 
There are vaious methods of payment available.  Interac e-transfer, credit card  (offline), money order, hyperwallet, certified cheques, COD (Canadian residents only), and cash, debit and credit card on local pickup orders at our store. 

Important Note:  If you wish to use COD as a method of payment, then choose COD as method of shipment.  If you want to use pre-pay methods, then choose "Xpresspost" or "Regular (Expedited".  If COD method is chosen, you will pay for the actual shipping cost + COD fee at time of pickup; an estimate amount will show on your invoice but will be adjusted when your order is shipped.  You will see the actual amount owing when your order is put into "shipped" status.

Shipping Policy  by 
Shipping Time -- Please allow 48 hours for items to be shipped out (excluding weekends and holidays).  We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Vapour Solutions or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
We ship via Canada Post Regular (Expedited) and Xpresspost.  For Expedited delivery can take up to 10 business days depending on your location.  Xpresspost is a guaranteed 2 -3 business days for delivery so if you are in a hurry to receive your package, it may be worth the extra few dollars to upgrade from Expedited to Xpresspost service. 

We offer COD service as a method to pay and ship your order but it can be a bit pricey and the minimum cost for using this method is around $20 to start.  This will show on your order invoice and will be adjusted to the actual cost once your order is shipped so that you will know the total to pay upon pickup at your local postal outlet.  You will see this cost on your order invoice when it is put into "shipped" status.
Please note:  the  minimum purchase is now set to $25 for an order to use this service.

Important Notice about COD orders - Canada Post does not accept credit cards; only cash or debit.  When we ship an order, we have  to pay upfront for the costs and collect them back from the customer, so if a parcel is refused, it is returned to us and we have to pay these costs again to receive the returned package.  Please do not use COD if you're not prepared to pay with cash or debit.  We have been getting increasing returns and it's getting very costly for our business.

Typographical Errors  by 
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Vapour Solutions shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If you have already paid and your order is cancelled,Vapour Solutions shall issue a credit to your account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Warranty and Returns  by 
Most of our goods are tested here at Vapour Solutions before shipping out to our customers to ensure that there are no manufacturer defects.  For hygenic reasons we cannot test atomizers, cartridges, cartomizers or disposable e-cigs.  If an item does not work properly when a customer receives the product, notify us prompty and we can troubleshoot the situation.  If the problem cannot be resolved and a manufacturer defect is determined, then the item may be returned for a refund or a replacement as determined by Vapour Solutions.  E-juice and cartomizers are not returnable due to hygenic reasons.  Due to the risk of damaging batteries either by leaking e-juice from cartomizers, cartridges,  and clearomizers , or as a result of accidental damage, we can no longer accept the return or replacement of used batteries unless it is determined by Vapour Solutions staff that there is a manufacturer's defect.  We keep our prices low on replacement parts and encourage the ordering of extra atomizers and batteries for backup supply.  We are willing to work with our customers who are not satisfied but we are under no obligation to accept returns of used products as a result of accidental damage. It is very important to be educated on how to fill cartridges, cartomizers and clearomizers and to use care on maintenance of such items.  Returns on unused and unopened products are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Our goal is to have  happy and referring customers. If you are unhappy with anything, whether or not you are a customer, please contact us with your questions or comments.

REMINDER

Electronic cigarettes are just that, electronic. They are a fragile piece of equipment and should be treated like one. Like any other electronic device, you must not drop, dismantle or submerge them in liquids of any kind. Ego style electronic cigarettes are not meant to be carried in pants pockets. Bending and flexing may result in irreparable damage. This is why our starter kits include a carrying case. Electronic cigarette batteries, like any other lithium ion batteries can be overcharged and doing so can degrade the lifetime and performance of the batteries. You must monitor the device while charging.  Accidents do not warrant a replacement. All Vapour Solutions products are tested and approved on site prior to sale. If you receive a defective product, it is your responsibility to contact Vapour Solutions within 7 days of receiving them. The customer will be required to return all components of the device and proof of purchase and a Vapour Solutions staff member will determine if the device warrants a replacement.  After the 7 day period, there are no replacements or refunds.

 There are NO EXCEPTIONS on this policy.
